How long we keep it

We apply the following periods unless a legal obligation or dispute justifies additional retention.

• Contacts: 12 months after the request is closed.
• Unconverted quotations: 12 months after the last interaction.
• Sales and tax documentation: 10 years.
• Detailed delivery data: 3 years, unless an obligation or dispute applies.
• Inactive accounts: 24 months.
• Detailed analytics: 13 months; technical logs: 90 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNPD.
